First international legislative and political forum on donation and transplantation initiated by Transplant Québec

In the fall of 2021, Transplant Québec will hold its first international forum! A study on the normative factors likely to have a positive impact on organ donation was recently conducted. It concluded that improvements were needed in the structure of the legal framework surrounding organ donation. From this perspective, Transplant Québec will hold this first international event for purposes of identifying ways to improve legislation, and ultimately provide an international benchmark for jurisdictions intent on further developing and amending their legal framework.
